At Clash of The Champions in January 1996, Pillman left the ring amid his match with Eddie Guerrero and got analyst Bobby Heenan, which shouldn't happen. An obviously fatigued Heenan yelled 'What the f*** are you doing?' live on air and along these lines needed to apologize. This was simply the tip of the ice sheet when it went to the Loose Cannon starting a new business for himself.
After a month at the Superbrawl PPV, Pillman alluded to Strap Match adversary Kevin Sullivan as 'Booker Man'. Bischoff terminated Pillman after the occasion, despite the fact that it was all piece of the arrangement: Bischoff, Pillman and Sullivan had consented to give Pillman his discharge so he could go and create his character in maverick advancement ECW. The arrangement would soon blowback.
